Ron Green CEO/CTO
Mr. Green serves as Chief Technology Officer at Powered and brings over 12 years of experience in steering technology products from initial design to widespread commercial use. He has significant industry experience in the telecommunications, biotechnology, and e-commerce technology sectors.
At Powered, Mr. Green drives the technology vision and directs all aspects of product design, architecture, and development. His expertise, gained through leadership roles in five startup companies, lies in managing the iterative process of new product development to meet market demands.
Mr. Green holds two software patents in DNA identification and has an established record of building and maintaining large, high-performance development teams.
Bringing more to his role than engineering abilities, his business operations and marketing knowledge allow him to serve as a liaison between engineering, product marketing, and strategic initiatives to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
Prior to joining Powered, Mr. Green led engineering efforts at several well-known e-commerce companies, including Question Technologies and Living.com. At Orillion, a leader in telecommunications monitoring systems, he led development and deployment of its distributed management systems at some of the world's largest carriers, including WorldCom and KDDI. One of the first employees at Visible Genetics, he helped build it into a publicly traded company (VGIN) and leader in the emerging field of pharmacogenomics.

Buck Krawczyk Vice President, Marketing
As vice president of marketing, Buck Krawczyk manages all marketing operations for Powered including product management, product marketing, corporate marketing, and brand development. With a background of over 25 years in executive and management roles, Mr. Krawczyk brings significant marketing experience and breadth to the Powered management team.
Prior to joining Powered, Krawczyk was the vice president of marketing at Lombardi Software where he was responsible for strategic marketing activities during the company's rapid growth in the business process management (BPM) space. Prior to Lombardi, he held global marketing responsibilities at Vignette Corporation and General Magic. He was also vice president of global operations for Hodkins Simone & Searls, now Publicis Technology, where he managed worldwide operations.

Mark Drosos Vice President, Professional Services
As Vice President of Professional Services, Mark is responsible for leading the Client Management team, and managing Powered's consultative services including: leading clients in the disciplines of relationship marketing, leveraging consumer insights to drive decision-making, and contemporary marketing mediums such as search-engine optimization.
Prior to coming to Powered, Mark held the position of Vice President, Business Development/Interactive Marketing for the nFusion Group. He lead the creation of nFusion's interactive marketing capabilities and business development. He provided strategic consulting to agency clients Toshiba, Nokia, NEC, FOX and Microsoft on how to best integrate their media mix to take advantage of the today's fragmented marketing channels including SEM, SEO, Digital Media, User Generated Content, and Social Networking.
Before joining nFusion Mark was the VP of Worldwide Interactive Marketing for Warner Home Video. At Warner he guided an international team responsible for online marketing strategies including advertising, promotions, publicity, content, media research and creative development. His team crafted online promotions such as the global Harry Potter Magical Trading Cards and hundreds of online campaigns ranging from multi-million dollar blockbuster, such as The Matrix and Batman Begins to classic movies like The Wizard of Oz, and Casablanca. During his tenure with Warner Bros. the team initiated a content sharing partnership with key e-tailers like Target, Wal-Mart, and Amazon
Mark also guided the design of the consumer e-commerce portal at warnerhomevideo.com and developed the strategies for Warner's B2B web portal, WHVdirect.com, in 17 countries. WHVdirect was the communication tool for customers, press, vendors, distributors and employees that provided critical DVD information from pricing, ordering data and creative materials to trailers, banners and promotions.
Prior to Warner Bros. Mark was the National Sales/Marketing Manager and part of a five member executive team that orchestrated the turnaround of Ruiz Foods products from a $60 million company to a $180 million company. Other past experiences include the launch of the new specialty products groups for Hormel Foods and executing a national rollout of a mapping software product for Rand McNally.
A frequent speaker at industry events, Mark also publishes articles and taught interactive marketing strategies at the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

David Settle Chief Financial Officer
Settle, an accomplished technology executive with more than 25 years of financial, operating and strategic expertise, will assume responsibility for directing the financial execution of Powered's strategic business plan and supporting its sustainable high-growth business model to maximize the company's business value.
Prior to his Powered appointment, Settle co-founded Mirage Networks in 2001, where he served as chief financial officer and vice president of administration. In these roles, he was responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting, finance, manufacturing operations, IT, HR, legal and administrative functions. Under his leadership, Mirage Networks secured over $40 million in venture capital funding and implemented key business processes to support revenue growth, expense control and regulatory compliance.
Prior to Mirage Networks, Settle served as CFO at Exterprise Inc., a B2B software company, where he directed the company's operational management and led negotiations in their merger with Commerce One. Previously, David was CFO at Dazel Corporation, where he managed the company's financial, administrative, and IT groups, and played a significant role in the company's acquisition by HP. David spent nine years at Convex Computer Corp., where he served in a variety of marketing and finance positions, including corporate treasurer. He also has experience in the securities industry, having served as an investment banker and software research analyst. |

Randy Atherton Vice President Worldwide Sales
Atherton is a technology industry veteran with over 25 years of executive-level sales experience with such industry leaders as Apple, Kana Communications, Raindance Communications and Saratoga Systems. Atherton will lead Powered's worldwide sales efforts to expand the global reach of Powered Panorama, the market-leading social commerce platform that helps marketers tap the power of online community to drive sales, engage customers and build their brands.
Prior to joining Powered, Atherton was vice president of worldwide sales at global CRM leader Saratoga Systems, where he was responsible for over $25 million in revenue and led a worldwide sales organization in which over 45% of the revenue was generated internationally. He previously served as executive vice president of sales at Raindance Communications, a publicly-listed web and audio conferencing company. While at Raindance, Atherton led a sales and marketing organization of over 125 people and delivered over $74 million in revenue.
Atherton also served as president and CEO of Webscreen Technology from 2002 to 2005. In addition, he held executive-level sales positions at leading companies including Kana Communications, Tumbleweed Communications, and MediaTel. While at Apple and Xerox, Atherton won several industry awards and held numerous sales and marketing management positions, including Brand Manager and National Sales Manager. |
